We are pleased to announce that Alice A. Shaw (Purdy) will be a partner with the firm effective January 1, 2022.
Ms. Shaw is a Certified Family Law Specialist* and will continue working primarily in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, specializing in complex and high-asset Family Law matters. Ms. Shaw has a breadth of experience with the Court in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, and she is growing her practice in Santa Cruz County, where she resides with her family. Ms. Shaw is also active in the San Francisco legal community and was the 2021 Queen’s Bench Bar Association President. Her practice includes dissolutions/divorces, paternity matters, pre-marital/prenuptial agreements, post-marital agreements, and post-judgment matters. Working in the firm’s Peninsula office, Ms. Shaw is familiar with the issues that often arise during a Family Law case in the Silicon Valley as well as the greater Bay Area. Ms. Shaw has significant experience with complex asset and property division (including stock options and other business interests), child and spousal support, complex custody issues including relocation, and domestic violence.
