Qualifying for AAML Fellowship is a rigorous process. In addition, applicants must pass written exams to demonstrate the depth and breadth of their family law knowledge.
Due to the complexity of applying for an AAML Fellowship, there are currently only 162 recognized Fellows in California. Out of the thousands of family law attorneys in the state, AAML Fellows are noted as being the most prestigious and respected.
